Privacy Policy
Last updated: [date the site goes live]
This page explains what happens to your details when you join the AI Edit House waitlist. AI Edit House is made by Shine Creative Hub, a business based in the United States. If you have any questions, email hello@shinecreativehub.com.
What we collect
Your email address, and your first name if you choose to give it.
Why we collect it
You asked to join the waitlist, so we use your details to send your free gift, a welcome email, and updates and launch news about AI Edit House, including founder pricing. You can stop these emails at any time.
Who handles it
Kit runs our email list and stores your details for us. Kit is based in the United States. You can read Kit’s privacy policy.
When you open the sign-up form, Kit records that the form was viewed and uses Google reCAPTCHA to check that a real person is signing up. You can read Google’s privacy policy. Nothing from Kit or Google loads until you open the form.
We don’t sell or rent your details. We only share them with the services that help us run the waitlist, like Kit.
If you’re outside the US
Your details are stored and handled in the United States. If you join from another country, they will be transferred there.
What stays in your browser
After you join, your browser remembers it, so this site can show that you’re on the waitlist. Kit’s form keeps a random ID in your browser, and Google reCAPTCHA may set its own cookies. This site has no analytics or advertising trackers of its own, so it works the same way whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.
Our website host
Like most website hosts, ours may keep basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you’re on the list. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you, and your email stays marked as unsubscribed so you don’t get emails by mistake. If you’d like your details deleted completely, email us and we’ll do it.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete your details, email hello@shinecreativehub.com. We’ll reply within 30 days. If you live somewhere with its own privacy laws, such as the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your local privacy authority.
Children
This waitlist is for adults 18 and over, and we don’t knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the “Last updated” date.
